Took a trip to Cracker Barrel this afternoon for brunch. This Old Country Store and Restaurant is located in Mt. Arlington, NJ. The food and prices are truly amazing. I had a skillet filled with ham, cheese, potatoes, onions, veggies, and scrambled eggs on top. Mmmm so good! Not to mention their biscuits and famous apple butter is to die for! As soon as you walk in, you're in their store, which includes toys, candy, clothing and lil knick-knacks you enjoyed as a kid from the past. The decor at our table was great and included some pics from the American Fur Company in 1923 to 1924 and some safety pins that actually cost only .15 cents back then. Anyhoo, I enjoyed myself and hope you enjoy the pics below. Excuse the outcome of the pics, I was fighting with the dim light in the restaurant.Saturday, June 20, 2009

Love Cracker Barrel!
Their chicken dumplings are yum yum!
Love the cinnamon flavored apples as well!
Only complaint I have is their portions are a bit small. But rarely turn down an opportunity to eat at the cracker barrel!
