Shisheido Make Up

I'm not a big fan of wearing foundation b/c I never found one good enough to wear without it feeling cakey. Well, I finally found one that's amazing at Macy's and it wasn't too expensive. I wanted to invest in something I knew would help my skin, as well as, my wallet. The consistency of the foundation is so light and is mixed with a moisturizer. PERFECTION!

Happy Mother's Day

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

To All the Mother's out there that make it look easy!

Perky Purple

I was in dying need of a manicure! Thank goodness I was able to squeeze in an appointment during my lunch hour, with all the madness for Mother's Day. So, while picking out a color I came across this lovely electric purple! It's funny I said electric because that's exactly how they described it on their website. I happened to look around and another girl was getting the same color done and highly recommended it. So perky purple it is! I wanted to purchase a bottle so I can get my toesies done but they were all out. Between you and me...I think the lady was lying...HEHE!

Kemia Bar NYC

630 9th Ave, New York 10036
(At W. 44th St) Hell's Kitchen
On Sat. night my BF and I attended this great Moroccan styled restaurant for a friends birthday. The ambiance and decor was beautiful and included dim lighting, low tables/chairs and flower petals on the floor. I started off with a mojito (of course) and a great Hummus plate for an appetizer and ended with an entree of Steak and Fries, which came with a great dipping sauce. During dinner, we were surprised with an exotic belly dancer, which was amazing entertainment. After 10pm, the Kemia turns into a great lounge area with a great DJ that played all types of music and dancing until your feet are throbbing. They also provide hookahs to be accompanied with your drinks. The only bad thing bad about this place is that its quite small and gets packed very quickly. However, all in all we had a great night!
